all day long the upgrade to 4.6.2 has been telling me to try back later. Whats up with that! 17 hours later its still telling me the same stuff! DAMN! and no answers from support WTF!

Try a different browser. But don't use M$ In'et Explorer.

i thought i was on a different browser, we have safari on the computer and internet explorer. what should i do, i'm not very good with computer skills. any help would be great. thanks

looked in preferences and it says safari for default web browser, so i'm not sure what to do.

the Pro update lookup is being bogged down ( I just tried and got the same message), but my bookmarked Pro page loads right way in Safari.

Do you have your Pro page bookmarked?

If not, you can get an almost-equivalent-to-Pro from the open-source build of LW in the meantime, thanks to Jens-Uwe Mager http://www.mager.org/LimeWire/LimeWire.html
