Limewire has a corrupt installation?

A while back I ran limewire 4.8 the newest limewire on my Mac 10.1.5 and it was working fine. Then one day it said that it had a Fatal Error and that it had a corrupt installation, so I sent a report to bugs@limewire.com but I tried to re-install like it also said but that still doesn't work. What should I do?

Double-click the harddrive icon, open the Library, open the Receipts folder, then find the file: Install LimeWire.pkg, delete it and try again. (Advice courtesy of Stief!) Also might be worth starting up from your startup disk & choosing Repair disk.

It worked like a charm, next time I need help i'll post it here! Thanks a lot Lord Of The Rings, limewire is a program I can't live with, I've been with limewire for almost 4 years and this was the first time it came up with a problem.
