I can't download installer for osX
 

I've been trying to download the installer since the 4.8.1 version appeared and nothing, and there's no problem with my internet service, but it keeps telling me that it can't find the server or address (in safari and explorer) can anyone help me please?

Are you sure you tried it from here & the mirror site: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml
You may need to clear your browser history & caches.

yes, I just tried that link right now and nothing. I've already erased my caches and reset safari and once I hit download now, the next page appears and nothing happens

I don't suppose you have a separate downld manager program. You could try another browser also. Strange, I had similar issue using Netscape but Safari got there. Direct link to mirror site is: http://www.download.com/LimeWire/300...mac&tag=button

Well. I've tried explorer, safari and opera and still can't download it. I even restarted in os 9.2 and tried again with explorer and nothing yet…

Well if you're not unhappy to do, you could try the Jum version of LW which is a type of Beta version which is frequently updated. It's based on the pro version & generally works very well (but the audio player has been disabled but I presume you'll have iTunes which will do the job): http://www.mager.org/LimeWire/
