Limewire won't mount to OSX

When I download Lime wire (basic) it won't mount to OSX 10.3 I can:t figure it out do you have any suggestions

it wont open 4 me !!!!!!!! n it was wrkn fine 4 bout a yr n den it wudn open 1 day... i downloaded it again...stil didnt open!!!!!!!
