 problems with installation it seems like it should work. i clicked the .dmg and went through the installing process and then when i started it up the introduction thing comes up (the thing that loads all the info) and then before the main screen gets a chance it says the program has unexpectedly cut out. how should i solve this?  |

| Repair permissions & possibly repair disk using Disk Utility. See SAFE Boot & Repair Permissions |
