Well that looks like an official limewire mail to me! I compared it with mine and it looks good. I'm imagining you can use a different computer at work. have you tried on that. I updated to 4.9.29pro yeterday or the day before with no problem and no one else has complained so your "imagine" theory does not seem to hold water Have you tried contacting LW via the LW pro support page ... ie does your email address get you in to it. Have you downloaded from both the English and the French language pages at the website? I need sleep, If you are still around tomorrow see you then |

Yes to all I have tried both english and french. Neither worked. I have tried the link I initially received from the customer service, on the PC I got at work.........and it worked properly. I have downloaded Limewire Pro for Windows ! So, apparently, it is not a scam but really from the Limewire official website I purchased the software. But the problem is that I did not buy it to use it at work, but at home. Hence, I need the OSX version ...... I have sent a message to the technical support. Patience is my second name....... |
