Question Limewire PRO for MacOSX

I downloaded Limewire 4.9.23 by subscribing to a MoviesUnlimited website. I also paid an extra 9.97 GBP for the PRO version. The download link given to me for the CoDEc was for Windows but I use MacOSX. I cannot get in touch with the MoviesUnlimited support team. Is there a way to download the PRO version without paying more please?

I'm afraid you are not alone ... you have been scammed. Try to cancell your payment through your credit card company and also possibly your card.

Limewire basic if Free and you can update to pro at any time if you wish but it will cost you $18,88US see http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

If you search the forums ... above right you will find a lot of posts conaining the word "scam"

Thumbs up

Another Hobo

Thanks for your interest and reply.
As a matter of fact I managed to phone the company who is in Canada, and who promised to deduct my payment for the PRO download, as they say it is not available for Macs.
However, it all seems very dodgy if I can get Limewire for free and get a MacOS download for it.

Thanks again

A lot of p2p applications are not made for Mac but I assure you Limewire is. On
some ot the earlier versions of OSX there is a slight problem but it can be overcome check out the link I gave above.
