Angry Installing Limewire on my MAC

I can download the Limewire basic, but when I try to install it on my MAC, version 10.1.5, I get this icon & message that says, "this is not a Quicken file." I know it's not a Quicken file & I don't want it to be. What can I do? Please help!!!

LW 4.9.37 is not compatible with OS 10.1 Also, the browser you used is probably not compatible with dmg files. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=36378

Default installing Limewire

I realize that Limewire Pro isn't compatible with my system, that's why I downloaded Basic version of Limewire. When attempting to install, I get the message about it not being a Quicken file.

Limewire 4.9 is not compatible with OS 10.1 (LW 4.8 & earlier were.)
Your system thinks the dmg is a quicken file because it's not a complete downld file. Use Safari to download dmg's in OS X. Netscape & Explorer often don't handle dmg files properly. The file you downlded is probably smaller in size than it should be. It might only be 100-400 KB or so smaller but still, it's most likely an incomplete file.

Send me a pm if you want LW 4.8
