Limewire Pro No Longer Recognizes My Account - Ripoff!
 

i bought limewire pro last february, i have the account number, the receipt, the email they sent me showing my correct email address, everything. now when i was going to download the new limewire pro version it no longer recognizes my email address as valid..

so now not only can i not download the version i have already paid for but i cant email them to discuss this problem because it wont recognize my email address and it wont let you email them with that. quite a little scam you got going there. great way to keep loyal paying customers like myself. maybe i should spend my money elsewhere like acquisition.

The update ability exists for only six months, also your e-mail addresss only stays on the database for six months ... this is clearly stated and so no scam is going on. With all software it is important to have backups of the applications or licence numbers where appropriate. You may downoad the basic version or continue to use your existing pro version for as long as you like. Just make an archive of it so you don't lose it:)

thanks for the reply but im still unsure on what to do now. are you saying that the application i bought is only good for 6 months? do i have to pay again for limewire pro??

if not what do i need to do to get my serial number?

okay, thanks for the update, its never the money on these applications when i buy them its always the fear of being kind of left out in the cold when your app quits working suddenly. customer support makes all the difference to me anyway. i will go ahead and buy it again and hopefully you guys will keep improving it.
