I've paid online for the pro version yet not heard anything.

What do I do now and who do I contact?

If you're sure you bought LW Pro for US $18.88, then you would have received an email from LW support with a link to your personal pro downld page. Did you get this sorted out yet? If not, send a pm to mformel but only if you're sure you bought LW pro from the official site & not a scam site.

I've send emails and not had one reply. I did purchase limewire pro off the proper site. Do you have any other advice. Limewire suck! It seems impossible to actually speak to anyone and if they don't reply to emails you're scuppered.

If you have any further suggestions they would be gratefully received.

thanks for advice but I already have sent an email as recommended by lord of the rings. In fact I've sent 3 emails and have yet to receive a reply.
