Tried to get Pro with my Visa and it took my information but didn't give me the product. Tried the support box, nothing yet. No phone, no email? Would appreciate some help.

I tried the link you sent and it states they are no longer accepting email from this board and to ask permission from the administrator... I did so on their form and it is rejected and sent back as undeliverable .... any more ideas
