All good til I keyboard Thanks, in advance, for any thoughts. Apologies for being long-winded in my explanation. Updated LW last Thursday Opened fine with three songs from previous LW downloading. Problem - menu is blank but appears in sections when clicked on - when artist's name was entered, his name did not appear at the top of the folder and songs would only appear when clicked on- again, only in segments Shut LW and tried again- with same result. Opened FireFox to reach LW site -Firefox shut down when I tried to put text into Goggle search Any application (ITunes, Appleworks) will open but will shut down as soon as keyboarding of text is attempted Message each time - "The application (name) has unexpectedly quit. The system and other applications have not been affected" Tried to access System Preferences but clicking on Apple icon - left corner main menu- made Main Menu bar and desktop icons disappear for a few seconds and then appear again. Also, using Finder is useless- shut down when text is entered in search . Looked through hard drive and jettisoned anything LimeWire. Using OS 10.2.8 G4 768 RAM PS- Keyboard works in Classic System 9 |
