When I actualiazed my system my lw stop to work, I made the double click and it appear in the dock, but cannot open and then disappear, someone could help me with this issue

Check the options here Can't launch LW: Bouncing in Dock (click on link). And also try deleting your LW preferences folder found here: /Users/your_username/Library/Preferences/LimeWire

I purchased LW Pro but cannot complete the installation. I get an error message saying The application disk copy has unexpectedly quit. So I tried the link for LW 4.8 but I get another error message upon installation Cannot mount image? I am new to using a Mac so any help would be greatly appreciated!
