My Downloads Are Blocked
 

I just updated my limewire on my apple ibook, and when i type something in to the search box i cant see the searches or the search entry i put in. i tried to fix it by updating my flash but that didnt help. PLEASE HELP ME:eek: THANKS!!!!!!!:D

Which ISP do you have?

As garbagefan2 hinted, it sounds like an isp problem. You use cable I ascertain. BTW what's your flash got to do with LW? Were you using the flash before you started having problems?

I have the same e-mail address I have always had but Limewire will not accept it. I was in Limewire and clicked the upgrade button. How can I contact them without my e-mail address?

You can't. You need to upgrade since your pro expired. That's likely what happened if it's not taking your e-mail address.

I can get into Limewire and use it. Would they let me if I was expired?

my ISP is Millenium Digital Media. this has happened to me before, and i seemed to fix it by updating my flash.

i think i solve my problem. i changed my skinand now i can see my downloads. i had the os x skin and now i have the classic skin. thanks for your help

You were using OSX 10.2 Jaguar right? Jaguar doesn't display some skins properly. Only answer is to upgrade OS. Java 1.5 is really required for LW now. Only Tiger 10.4 or later supports Java 1.5 ;)

yep, i have osx 10.2 jaguar. i planning on upgrading to tiger, but this computer is kind of in bad shape.
