OS 10.4.8 and Java
 

I updated to OS 10.4.8 and the newest version of LW 4.13 (beta)
It installed fine but when I go to open it LW asks for Java 1.5 and tells me to update my operating sys. Any suggestions---- Thanks

Check the last part post 4 in http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...833#post196833 This should explain how to force LW to use Java 1.5 btw this was an old thread and much information elsewhere in it is out dated :)

It is possible your computer has an older Java also installed and it is not automatically using 1.5 ...which is essential for LW4.13
