I Need Help Please (installing limewire) on mac os x 10.1.5

I have been doing everything to download lime wire. I either can read the pages because the text is in wing dings or something about the hard drive is not working can someone help me and walk me through this i am like a blind person trying to drive right now. I have mac os x and it is version 10.1.5 i cant do this i am just so frustrated.

You can NOT use the new version LW with OSX 10.1.5
You will need version 4.8.1, so check the Sticky at the top of this section to find out where to get it.
