Hi there . im new to LW, bought the basic then today upgraded to PRO. Downloaded paid for etc. Do the upgrade as per download, hit the LW icon in applications and ask do i want to upgrade ???? i already have...yet it wont recognise. What have i done wrong ...any ideas appreciated.. cheers dino09

Check your browser history. Did you pay for your Pro from LLC ... make sure it was the official LW site !

After all, if you did buy Pro from the official site, you'd have been sent an email with a link to your personal Pro download page (which you should always bookmark.) Check your email.

How much did you pay for Pro?

BTW did you fix your LW problem with the OSX software update?
