Default can't install limewire

hi i am new to this and looking for help on how to install limewire for mac same problem as most of the people in here it shows up on the dock and disappear after a second the system details are
OSX 10.4.11
512 MB ram
46.16 GB space available
wireless dsl connection
service provider VERIZON
home network
TCP ports
UDP ports
is not my first time using limewire and not an expert with computers but never have this problem when i was using PC i have try some of the ways you show in here but nothing i will appreciate if you can help me a little

hi maracucho

On 10.4.11, LW should run.

See if Apple Menu -> Software Update is up to date. If so, restart in Safe Boot mode, then restart in regular mode.

If those don't work, run Console (found in your Utilities folder) and see if it gives you a more detailed error report when trying to run LW.

hi stief, thank u very much for your help i did the software update and safe boot like u told me and it worked for just being a reader u r very good with the details i did not do it sooner because i was very busy but thank you very much the best thing is i did it following your advice good thing too i found this forum, i would like to have your advice about Mac if i need it if that is not a problem for u
