upgraded to PRO - yet wont recognise ..
 

Hi there . im new to LW, bought the basic then today upgraded to PRO. Downloaded paid for etc. Do the upgrade as per download, hit the LW icon in applications and ask do i want to upgrade ???? i already have...yet it wont recognise. What have i done wrong ...any ideas appreciated.. cheers dino09

Check your browser history. Did you pay for your Pro from LLC ... make sure it was the official LW site !

After all, if you did buy Pro from the official site, you'd have been sent an email with a link to your personal Pro download page (which you should always bookmark.) Check your email. ;)

How much did you pay for Pro?

Be aware of this also: Known Scam Sites (click on link).

BTW did you fix your LW problem with the OSX software update? :)
