Default Can't Launch...Admin permissions

OSX 10.4.11 I installed Limewire. I am logged in as Admin. When I launch Limewire I get:

You do not have permission to op the application "Limewire".

How can I get around this?

I tried resetting permission on the terminal and I still get it.

For some reason, LW's permissions are system can read/write, admin & everyone else read only. That's how my permissions are set for the LW program folder & files within.

Did you try a safe boot & repair permissions: SAFE Boot & Repair Permissions
