How can you verify that your Shared files are being shared? I have about 30 downloaded files in Shared folder, but the green dot says I only have 7 shared files.

If you have a closed folder inside the Shared folder, say, grouping tunes by a certain artist therein, will those files be available for sharing?

Do I have to check the "Enable" box on the Monitor or something -everytime I start up the program? And must Limewire be running and the computer on for Shared files to be available for sharing?

make sure your Shared folder is actually designated as Shared, under the Options->Sharing menu.
