 I download .dmg files and disk copy doesn't recognize the file. What can I do? dmg files are disk image files. I tried to download these files and mount them. These are usually whole cd's or programs which you can then burn. Sometimes I can open them but most of the time I can't. Is the file I'm downloading incomplete, or is limewire changing the type of file my mac recognizes it as? Could it be that the download doesn't make the file big enough or that there is a bug in disk copy?  |
