Startup Error

Everytime I start up Limewire (Basic on Mac OS 9.1), version LaunchAnywhereTM 4.5 Macintosh Edition Copyright2001 Zero G Software, Inc. if thats of any help.... everytime I start up it says to copy and paste this in an email to bugs@limewire.com and I have but I dont get a response(I tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times also): STARTUP ERROR
