For some reasons stuffit expander isn't configured to automatically open .bin files or you don't have it. Download stuffit expander from aladdin software, or any third party download site like download.com. It will expand the file for you.

You probably have it, so just find it, and open it with that, and then set it so that it automatically is set to open .bin files.

Default Mac OS 9.2 .bin file

When I downloaded the LimeWire Installer, I got the following:
LimeWire_Installer

How do you get a .bin file? My LimeWire installs, but doesn't work.

"The hound won't hunt" ie., it won't search or do anything.

Yechh! But it USED to work; worked fine for the last 7 months. Then I downloaded Pro 3.01, and now NOTHING WORKS!!

Download the latest version of Limewire. 3.02 is not the most recent.
