Help! What's "awaiting sources". I'm new!

Hi,
I just purchased Limewire (OS 10.2.1) and was eagerly downloading. It took quite a while, but now status is stuck with "Awaiting Sources" and nothing is happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try the latest Beta (3.4.1), - it has a new feature that will try to locate more sources if you push the new "Find More Sources" button. - However you can use this button only once per download. If it fails you will be stuck with that "Awaiting Sources" message again.

OK. Is "awaiting sources" ultimately followed by a successful download or do I have to try again?

This WILL indeed help.

Once you have entered in what it is you are looking for you can give it a nudge by telling the program to "try again" or look at it this way, the longer you are actually online a lot of people that showed up on your list may or may not still be there. During the logon of your own, your computer will remember what it is that you hae asked for, simply go to the area where you first typed in your request. With the very first letter, it will immediately fill in the rest automatically. Hit ENTER a second time and delete the first logging window.) That stuff is old at this point) I'm sure you will find "fresh" areas to draw you resources from
