what the hell is wrong with this software???????
 

Man, this software is flawed. I can't even use it without crashing, freezing or getting error messages. How do you guys put out such a horrible piece of crap software and still fall asleep at night. Let me fill you in on something. IT DOESN"T WORK!!!!!!!!!! IT'S UNSTABLE!!!!!! FIX IT!!!!!!!!

I disagree with you. The latest version of LimeWire v3.5.7 works fine for me on Mac OS 9.2.2, with out any flaws. Could you please describe your problems and I will be happy to help you. Thanks.

How do YOU skip this ?

Good for you LimeDude. You have voluntarily helped quite a few people get filesharing on the ONLY p2p program for Classic, often for little thanks. FWIW, I've appreciated your posts and will boot into 9 on occasion to help out when you've been away. Thanks from here at least.

I know there have been requests to drop Classic support, but the LW developers have kept at it, even when so many of the problems are with the user's set-up.

When I want to lash out at ignorant and inflammatory posters, I remember that most of the 10,000 classic LW users don't post because they have their set-up working well. You have also been pretty successful at letting the LW folks know when there has been a problem.

Ok, calm down a bit... it doesn't get me as annoyed but i also have problems with it, it crashes occasionaly, it disconnects itself, i cannot open the option window, it's bugged, i've tried everything but can't come up with something that makes it work properly. i can still download ok so there, far from perfect but it does do what it's basically supposed to do. Saying that it would be nice if developpers could sort it out.
