What you need to do is this. Do you have Stuffit Expander? If you have it you need to search for Stuffit Expander and open it. Then go under the File menu and come down to Expand. When the window comes up locate "limewire mac.bin" and click choose. If you don't have Stuffit Expander installed you can download it free from the following URL: http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/index.html I hope this helps.

i tried opening it with stuffit expander and it unstuffed the file... i then got an icon on my desktop called limewire_installer. problem is that every time i double click on this icon, the program starts intalling but then it stops and i get a message that says " the installer is corrupt. the zip archive contained in this application is corupt.
please contact the company that created it for a new copy.
what should i do?
thanks,
lenny

You should delete LimeWire and download a fresh copy. I hope this helps.
