Limewire standing, congealed...

Hello, I installed(settled) Limewire 3.8.10.pro with mac OS 9.1, firewall NetBarrier.
Program congealed later 5 mn.
I erased application and installed(settled) again.
LimeWire still congealed.
What to make?
