Default Error, Could not find file 'InstallerAnywhere installer'

When I install Limewire he first asked for thr MRJ, that worked fine, but when I want to proceed he gives the error: While trying to start the next step of the installer, an error occured. could not find file 'InstallerAnywhere installer'.
There's also a bunch of crap in my Trash everytime I start the installer. The installer got enough memory.
How can I uninstall the first part of the installer so I can install a fresh file?
What's the prob with this InstallerAnywhere?

Can someone help me out please.
