![]() I’m running LimeWire 4.18.8 Pro on an iMAC OSX 10.4.11 I am not able to run LimeWire 5.0 and above, because I can’t run JAVA 1.6 On OSX 10.4.11 After renewing there was no Platform for me to download from. The “OS” is for OSX 10.5 and above. The “Other” is for 10.2 Suggestions? |

![]() Any LW 4 version will run on OSX. I'd actually recommend LW 4.16 instead however that's up to you. ![]() Just as well we run independently from the LW. lol ![]() Note: If you already installed LW 5, you will need to remove the instal limwire.pkg file from the Receipts folder, else OSX will not let you install an earlier version. ![]() Comment: On the official LW download page: LimeWire 5.5.9 for Mac OS X not the version for you? You can check our releases page for more downloads or view the full release notes for LimeWire 5.5.9. But, instead of having multiple Mac OSX options, it is now only showing the latest OSX version. I will see if I can get this eventually fixed by contacting one of their staff. |
