I've already been told by one group that I'm posting in the wrong spot, but they weren't kind enough to tell me the right place to go.

My question is: i'm trying to install a program that I downloaded and it keeps saying access denied error 1008;5,-5000 Can someone [please help me, or direct me where to go to get help. Thank you:confused:
