Completed

I downloaded music and it was stored in my completed file. The next day I go to listen, file is missing. Only file showing is incomplete. Tried reinstalling it, didn't make a difference. Tried downloading more songs to see if file would show. No dice! Does anyone know what is going on, or what I might need to do. Thanks!
