Where to report bugs?

Is this the official forum for reporting Mactella bugs? Do the people who maintain Mactella read these forums?

In any case, Mactella screws up my system 90% of the time when I quit. It won't quit, but instead, makes the system super-slow, so that even my mouse cursor doesn't redraw except for maybe twice per second. If I push the power key enough, I can click the Restart button, but this doesn't do anything. Mactella really screws it up, forcing me to do a hard restart.

I'm on a 400mhz B&W G3 running MacOS 8.6, with modern versions of most extensions.
