Adobe After Effects & Lightwave SN

Hi, I've downloaded all the Adobe After Effects 5+SN files and they have a serial number but when I enter it in it says it's an invalid Adobe number. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I've also downloaded all the Lightwaves but it has no serial number at all, is there anywhere I can get one.

These are all for Mac.
