Default Mactella 1.3 beta....newly released

Ok, I tried this and after it crashed my computer twice, it was trashed. Has a few new features, so the final version might be worth a look.

The download section is different. When you hit to download, a new window comes out with the information on the song and the connection, etc. Unfortunately each time I found a file and got it to download, it crashed. Don't even know where the songs go when downloading, there is no option for where to put downloads, only a "public folder" is in the application folder.

Anyone else?

I had no trouble downloading, and I prefer the new style with a window coming up. However I don't like the idea of only one folder - "Public" - for both downloads and uploads and this is the reason why:

The disadvantage with this concept is that files which I've downloaded that aren't working, are corrupted or useless in some other way go public directly. I always prefer to check files before making them public, to save others the frustration of downloading rubbish. I only make good stuff public. With only one folder for downloads and uploads this is not possible anymore.

With the option of using two folders, those who prefer to have one common folder can still set both to the same folder if they wan to.

The 1.3 version worked fine until I downloaded the 1.3.1 update. Now it crashes over 75% of the time. I, too, am going back to 1.1.
