![]() I have an imac - I download files and they go into the shared folder. BUT only an occasional file has a quicktime or mp3 icon - those i can play but the vast majority of what I dwonlaod has a blank document icon and those I can not play. I've tried opening real player (basic free version) and clicked on open file and chosen some of these files - still no good. Someone Please Help. |
