 cannot open mp3s Any Mp3s I used to download could be transferred straightaway to I Tunes without any problems. Now they have white folder icons and have to be 'converted' before I can play them. But when I shut down then come back on to I Tunes they are no longer there. I recently downloaded Real Player - don't know if this has caused any probs, cos before then everything was fine. Hope someone can help - why do they no longer have I tunes icons but white ones instead?  |
