morpheus connection

MY MORPHEUS HAS ONLY CONNECTED A FEW TIMES. I AM GETTING TRANSFERS BUT SINCE IT WON'T ACTUALLY CONNECT I AM UNABLE TO SEARCH, CACHE IS EMPTY,AND I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT A NODE IS. IT JUST KEEPS SAYING CONNECTING COULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT???
