Morpheus user unable to connect I don't understand why you all like this type of file-sharing... I have not been able to download anything I wanted after a week of trying the different popular clients. I tried Lime Wire, Gnucleus, the new Morpheus, peerana, BearShare, and all I have been able to download were little files that I tried just to see if it would work at all! Please let me know how to get this thing working right! I am using a dialup modem 56k, and I have 2 connections I can play around with: one from MSN and one from a small local ISP. They are both good, reliable connections, with no firewall. |
start it up, type "britney jpg" in the search box, start a search and wait 30 seconds and lots will come back. Then download all the naked britney pictures you want. If that doesn't work, you have a big problem. |
REPLY ARE YOU USEING A PEER TO PEER LINK WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO UPLOAD? SOME TIMES THEY ARE SHOW AS HELL TO WORK WITH ON THE BIGGER FILES YOU MAY WANT TO TRY A NON PEER PROGRAM LIKE KaZaA |
I used the old Morpheus which is just like Kazaa and loved it. I don't want to use Kazaa because of the ads, and anyway i wanted to see what the fuss was about with gnuetella. |
i have almost the same problem, nothing will work... not 1. None will connect including new Morpheus P2P, non-P2P everything. Please post a reply to this if fixed. 0("0) (0")0 <("<) (>")> o("o) (o")o |
