limewire2.9.8 erased files

today my husband was using my limewire and deleted some of the limewire files out of the library. now the only way i can access my limewire is through a jar file. when close the window instead of putting the icon down in my tool bar it disappears and is no where to be found. if i control alt delete it isn't showing in my running programs even though it is still running. does someone know how to fix this or get the files back that are gone. i am not even sure which are gone. i think one he said was an exe file. anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. don't want to have to pay to reinstall this all over again.

Why don't you reinstall the whole thing? Then you can be sure you have all the files you need.
