How am I meant to install this?

I downloaded two differently named .tgz files from
http://download.gnutelliums.com/naps...apshare.tar.gz
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/n...are-1.0.tar.gz

Well, accoding to mc, neither of these are tar files.

When I rename them as .gz instead of .tgz, then gunzip, I get a single big file which is a format I've never seen before.

Anyone know what the heck?
