hoe report ik virussen in files die ik met limewire heb binnengehaald?

Ik haalde vandaag een programma binnen dat het "p2pnetworking.exe"-onding bleek te bevatten. Ik denk het inmiddels te hebben getemd, maar ben er nóg boos over.

Is er een plek waar dit soort informatie wordt opgeslagen? (beetje moeilijk bij p2p, ik weet het).
