add incomplete folders

I would like to restart morpheus downloads, too.
I just started using LimeWire3.2

It's a pity that I can't add another folder for incomplete files - because sometimes there are even more 99%-files than other.

Although to my knowledge it isn't possible to restart downloads, yet.

So I'm still hoping it's all developing!
