Feature for search results

On of the features i like about qtella is the ability to hide search results for files already on your hard drive. It does this by allowing you to choose to hide results if file sizes match ones you have or based on names. This feature is really handy when your trying to get a collection of files and don't want to keep checking what you already got.

would like to be able to search within search results also the option to hide files already in your download shared folders, so masks for results listing
