Simultaneous connections
 

What about LW supporting simultaneous connections, like the Download Accelerator, for instance. I mean to download the first minute of a song for one computer, the second from another, and so on, all simultaneously.
I think it will improve the download speed.

Guess what? Limewire already has this feature, but the files must be absolutely identical in size and name for it to function. With video files, however, it can leave strange artifacts or dead white space at the seams.
