How to do a plugin?? (feature request)
 

Hi All,

I have a feature request I would like put into Limewire.
Basically I want to write a small program to work with Limewire to accept search strings, return results from those string and to place search strings into Limewire and get results back.
In this way I can expose a database of files that I have to the Gnutella network where the search string would then be used to query the database and my database can grow itself by querying the network back via a small bit of programming.

So what would be really great from this would be a means to do this in a easy way as a small Java plugin. Can it be done?
