I agree, freeloaders should not be allowed to download files but there is a chance that they don't know why they are being rejected from alot of their downloads. A notice of the reason for the loss of connection would help.

I think that the first Unregistered was only talking about a message being sent out to other LimeWire users, because there is no way to force every client to be able to show messages like that.
