a persistent bug in recent versions
 

so not really a 'feature requested', but there you go...



I find quite surprising that this issue hasn't been pointed neither resolved in the recent LimeWire versions.
here it is, pretty simple though:

when choosing where to put downloaded files, you CAN'T anyhow choose to download them onto the "My Documents" directory.
No way, you just have to browse for another directory
developers, could you solve this damn lil thing?


LimeWire 2.5.x on PIII 500 Win XP machine

You can download to the 'My Documents' folder - but you have to find the other (proper) location for it. This depends on operating system - but on W2k it is:

\Documents and Settings\"Your User Name"\My Documents
