Way to rate bad files/hosts, like 24.25.140.226

I wish there was a way for people to rate files after they're downloaded. People (or record companies) who host corrupted files on purpose could be rated down quickly, thus getting rid of useless traffic and helping everyone.

24.25.140.226 is trying to convince us that you can download all the tracks to Tori Amos's unreleased "Scarlet's Walk." B.S.
