![]() I know we have the ability to see what progam people are using while uploading from us (Vendor). How about the ability to see the Vendor of who we are downloading from? It would be interesting to see if we are able to download more from one vendor than another. |

![]() Cool! I guess it could be kind of difficult in the cases where we are downloading from more than one host. It would be kind of cool to be able to have a listing of all hosts we are downloading from like in the Search Results when there are Multiple locations of the same files. Then we could see who we are downloading from, what vendor and how fast from that host. Maybe too complicated, but if one of the hosts is holding up the download, we can kill that connection but keep the other(s) going. Just a thought... |

![]() yeah, that's my dream too ![]() listing the downloads like the search results would be transforming them to what's called a 'TreeTable'. currently it's pretty hard to maintain them codewise... i'm planning to tackle the search results and make them much easier to maintain, and then after doing so, add the features to the downloads. but, it's a slightly larger (well, different) project with the downloads, 'cause it'd require some changes in the core too -- namely, exposing the individual downloader's details so, it'll happen... someday. |
